  1. We deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka through our trusted courier partners.
  2. Delivery times vary depending on location and stock availability. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only.
  3. Risk of loss passes to the buyer once goods are delivered to the address provided.
  4. FUTUREGENLANKA (PVT) LTD is not responsible for delays due to courier issues, customs clearance, or unforeseen events.
  5. Please inspect your package upon delivery and report any damage within 24 hours.

6. Returns & Refunds

  1. Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.
  2. Products must be returned in original condition, with packaging, accessories, and invoice intact.
  3. Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery via email or our contact form.
  4. Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days after inspection and approval.
  5. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the issue is our fault.

7. Warranty

  1. All products are covered by manufacturer warranty where applicable.
  2. Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, power surges, or unauthorized repairs.
  3. Warranty claims must be submitted with the original invoice and within the warranty period stated.
  4. FUTUREGENLANKA acts as a facilitator for warranty claims and is not responsible for delays in manufacturer response.
